Thank you for supporting Discover Your Divine Design. Each item in our store is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Made-to-Order Products
All merchandise offered through the Discover Your Divine Design store is produced on demand once an order is placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and offer a wide range of items without maintaining inventory.
Because each item is created specifically for the customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or model.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo showing the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Issues caused during manufacturing or fulfillment are covered and handled at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and work with the carrier to determine the next steps.
Lost shipments reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date may qualify for replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to the fulfillment facility, we can arrange reshipment once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Size Exchanges
Because items are produced individually for each order, we are generally unable to offer size exchanges.
If you are unsure about sizing, please review the sizing charts included with apparel items before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in situations where:
• An item arrives damaged or defective
• An incorrect item was sent
• A replacement cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund once issued.

Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos if applicable
