If you have a question about an order from the Discover Your Divine Design store, we’re here to help.

Each item in the store is produced specifically for you after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, most orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner within a few business days.

If something about your order doesn’t look right—such as a damaged item, incorrect product, or shipping concern—please complete the form below so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Including your order number and a brief description of the issue will help us resolve your request more efficiently. If you are reporting a damaged or incorrect item, uploading a photo is required.
